Carolina Cornerstone in Asheville North Carolina recently completed these beautiful condominiums in the "down downtown" Asheville area. Scott and his team over there have been very instrumental in developing the lower part of the City. Sometimes in these areas there is not too much profit to be made. CCCI has worked with Mountain Housing Opportunities to provide very nice 2 and 3 bedroom homes for families who would not normally qualify for a new home. I would suggest this to my brother who has been looking forward to own a home in Asheville. But if anyone will ask me for a builder in SC, then it would definitely be Compass luxury homes. I have hired them to design a house and build it for me. So far they have been wonderful and the best part of their services is that they offer green building.
